Preparation

We recommend arriving no later than 15min after your appointment.
Please come with hair shampooed, blowdried straight, and FREE OF PRODUCT, if not there's a $25 shampoo fee/$10 blowdry ONLY fee, which should be stated PRIOR to appointment if these services are needed.
NO ONE is allowed at appointment if not being serviced, seating is limited.
Appointments are scheduled according to time and style requested, YOU CAN NOT CHANGE THE STYLE/ HAIR COLOR AT APPOINTMENT.
When booking an appointment PLEASE INCLUDE: Picture of style, desired hair color,if shampoo and/or blowdry is needed, and if your hair is super thick or long because there is an additonal $10-$20 fee if so. We want clients to know the price prior to appointment, so PLEASE be upfront while booking or we'll tell you at appointment of additional fees.
WHEN deposits are made they are NONREFUNDABLE!! We understand life happens, but if FOR ANY REASON you can't make it to your appointment the deposit will not be refunded. If appointment is RESCHEDULED within 24hrs PRIOR to appointment THEN deposit will be used for new appointment!
